Throughout the design phase we uphold an ethic of environmental awareness in consideration of you, of your family, and of our earthly surroundings. Fixed Finish Phase:
- Review architectural plans
- Create preliminary furniture studies/layouts to verify functionality
- Establish planning & design direction for the interior finishes, architectural elements; locations for decorative lighting, and audio visual needs
- Develop Schematic Design and drawings of cabinetry, railings, fireplaces, and other architectural design features.
- Document interior details and selection of custom interior finishes with drawings, pictures, finish schedules, and written specifications.
- Review shop drawings and samples from vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide site reviews and field coordination throughout the construction.
Furniture Phase:
- Prepare furniture layouts and space plan options
- Research, design and selection of custom interior furnishings. Encompassing: fabrics, throw pillows, area rugs, window coverings, wall coverings, lighting, linens, art and accessories
- Establish design development and finalize presentation
- Document and price approved designs for interior furnishings
- Prepare purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedule
- Coordinate and oversee installation, and follow-up
